Sometimes it’s hard to put feelings into words — especially when you’ve been carrying them for a long time. In our sessions, we’ll work together to gently explore whatever’s going on for you, whether it’s linked to the past, something in the present, or a quiet sense that things just don’t feel right.
We won’t just talk — though talking is important. We might use creative tools like images, objects, writing or other simple activities to help you express what feels harder to say out loud. It’s not about being artistic — it’s about creating space to reflect, notice, and understand yourself more deeply.
This is a space to go at your own pace. To make sense of things. To feel supported as you work towards clarity, healing, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
