Sometimes people arrive in therapy knowing exactly what is wrong. More often, they don’t; they just know they are struggling to carry things in the way they always have.

You may find yourself repeating patterns you intellectually understand but cannot seem to shift. You may feel emotionally stuck, anxious, angry, flat, burnt out, lost in relationships, or carrying experiences that were never properly processed in the first place. Therapy offers a space to slow things down enough to begin making sense of what is happening beneath the surface.

My approach is integrative, relational and informed by an understanding that our early experiences shape far more of our adult emotional world than we often realise. I work both conversationally and creatively where appropriate. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced around what feels manageable for you. Some sessions may feel containing and reflective; others may feel challenging, emotionally exposing or thought-provoking. Often the work involves noticing patterns not just in life outside the room, but in the therapeutic relationship itself.

I offer a calm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you do not need to arrive with everything neatly explained in order to begin.
