Reflective Parenting
Reflective Parenting is a structured approach that helps parents step back, notice, and think about your child or teenager’s inner world — their feelings, intentions, and needs — rather than just reacting to behaviour. It’s not therapy for the parent, but a guided learning process that equips you with skills to:
Tune in to your child’s feelings beneath the behaviour.
Reflect on your own emotional triggers and responses.
Build stronger, calmer, more secure parent–child relationships
Being a parent can feel overwhelming, especially when your child’s behaviour seems confusing or hard to manage. Reflective Parenting offers a space to pause, step back, and better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Reflective Parenting isn’t therapy — it’s a skills-based approach designed to help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped in your role. Available as short-term 1:1 sessions.
